in 1992 when she was just graduating from high school Amanda Bossard started her education in marine biology with Alaska Pacific University, Anchorage in Alaska. Bossard got her start in the commercial seafood industry in the year 1999. That year, she worked in Murat Aritan's 65 foot halibut boat. It was later transformed into a fishing tender. Bossard was married to Aritan in 1999. The two have joined to defend their businesses. They support conservative and lucrative renewable resources for seafood management. Otolith launched its direct market wholesale distributorship in Philadelphia when Bossard returned from living back home with her two daughters, Bella 3 years old and Andre 1year old, and Andre 1, to Philadelphia.
